What is Motion Design?
Client: Ringling College of Art and Design; The Department of Motion Design
Creative Brief: We are not effectively answering the question, "What is Motion Design?" Incoming students and their parents are often confused about what you actually learn in our department, especially how it differs from the CA department. We need to produce a series of short videos to run in the hallways, on our website, and in other places to help focus our message and to inform people about what it is that we do.
Deliverables: A :25 video that answers the question, "What is Motion Design?" Each student will produce one "answer" to this question using 3D and 2D animation, strong design, typography, and sound design.
My Assigned "Answer": Motion Design is... the fusion of design principles with great animation.
